Dr. Gina Lathan
Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner
Dr. Gina Lathan, a native of Springfield Illinois, has over 25 years of experience as a senior administrator and entrepreneur with expertise in public health and community capacity development. Dr. Lathan has led in the development of city, county, and statewide economic, equity and comprehensive strategic plans. Dr. Lathan is the Sangamon County Board member for District 22, a member of the Springfield Sangamon-County Regional Planning Commission and a former member of the Sangamon County Zoning Board of Appeals. Dr. Lathan holds a PhD from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Community Health with specializations in Public Policy and Program Evaluation, a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois-Springfield and is a W.K. Kellogg Foundation HRDI Executive Leaders Fellow.
Dr. Stacy Grundy
Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner
Dr. Stacy Grundy, a native of rural Southern Illinois, has over 14 years of experience as a public health practitioner, community-based researcher, and social entrepreneur. Dr. Grundy has a depth of valuable and diversified experience in developing innovative, cost-effective strategies within healthcare systems and diverse communities that improve healthcare access. Dr. Grundy holds a Doctorate of Public Health with a specialization in Adolescent Behavioral Health, a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas School of Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr Grundy currently serves as a board member for Landmarks Illinois and is a 2022 Erikson Institute Executive Fellow.
Kenneth Lockhart
Co-Owner
Kenneth Lockhart is a Journeyman Operator for the Local 965 Operating Engineers and a young black entrepreneur. He has an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology and certificates in Construction Occupations and Custodial Maintenance. Kenneth is also the 2019 recipient of the Mike Williams Transformation Award and lives in Springfield, Illinois with his wife and two children.
